The SKY Happiness Workshop introduces SKY Breathing Meditation, an evidence-based meditation practice integrated with breath work that can significantly increase one’s well-being and calmness, and significantly reduces anxiety and stress. The course features interactive group processes, experiential learning, emotional intelligence training, breath-work, light yoga, and evidence-based meditation. It’s one of the coolest places to connect with yourself, make awesome friends, and, most importantly, have fun!

recent study from Yale (see video) showed that SKY impacted the most mental health outcomes (e.g., anxiety, depression, positive emotions, social connection) in students relative to other programs (more info in Forbes article: “How To Decrease Back To College Anxiety: Just Breathe” and Harvard Business Review: “Why Breathing Is So Effective at Reducing Stress”).

Dates: March 5 – 7, 2020 (Friday – Sunday) (attendance at all sessions is required)
Times: Fri: 5:30-8:30 PM    Sat-Sun: 1:00 PM-4 PM
Location: Online (via Zoom)
