The Luskin Undergraduate Student Association (LUSA) is hosting a panel discussion with current candidates and elected officials to discuss the various aspects of running for office, especially as a young person. The Luskin Undergraduate Student Association (LUSA) would like to invite you to their upcoming panel discussion, “Pathways to Running for Office,” on Wednesday, September 16th from 6 to 7PM. This is a diverse panel discussion featuring young elected leaders and progressive candidates from across the state of California. We will be exploring the topic of running for office as an avenue for change making. Panelists include: Berkeley Councilmember Rigel Robinson, Fresno Councilmember-Elect Tyler Maxwell, Pinole City Council Candidate Devin Murphy, California State Assembly Candidate Alex Lee, and Los Angeles City City Council Candidate Nithya Ramen.
