You are cordially invited to attend the URC – Sciences Winter Quarter Open House on Thursday, January 12, 2023. There will be two in-person workshops in Boyer Hall, Room 130 from 3:00-5:00 PM.
3:00 – 4:00 PM – Getting into Research
This workshop introduces students to university research in the sciences and how to join faculty-supervised research projects.
4:00 – 5:00 PM – URC Programs and Opportunities for Student Researchers
This workshop provides an overview of scholarships and programs offered by the Undergraduate Research Center – Sciences for current student researchers.
The 3:00 PM workshop is suited for students who are interested but not yet conducting research, and the 4:00 PM workshop is suited for current student researchers interested in learning more about our scholarship programs and opportunities. Space in Boyer 130 limited and seating is first come, first served. We look forward to seeing you there!
