Mission Statement

The AI center oversees all AI-related initiatives in the mathematics department, including:
 
– AI-assisted grading initiatives
– Reassessing course curricula and providing AI policy guidance to instructors
– Liaising with other AI-related initiatives and organizations on campus
 
The AI Center will initially be run by the departmental AI committee: Michael Andrews, Mario Bonk, Yifan Chen, Deanna Needell, Hayden Schaeffer, Terence Tao (chair).
