Provide general admin. support to the Master of Financial Engineering team which includes the areas of admissions, career services and student affairs.  Specific duties may include: organizing and responding to email inquiries. Support the admissions team in processing applications and maintaining admissions databases and related communications materials. Assist the MFE team with large scale events including orientation and graduation. Provide faculty/classroom support (duties including, but not limited to, photo copying, scanning, faxing, offering technical support), order office supplies,  run program errands on campus. Help with communications efforts including brochures, social media platforms and other marketing campaigns. Support the career team with preparation for professional and alumni events, as well as support on managing career related data. Assist with other office duties as assigned.

The Healthcare Improvement and Innovation in Quality (THINQ) Collaborative is a motivated group of undergraduate and graduate students working with physicians at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center to conduct clinical research and make proposals for the betterment of care quality. Our program involves research, physician shadowing, speaker events, mentorship, leadership and professional development, and the opportunity to view medicine through an intersectional perspective.

We are currently recruiting members of all years and majors for our THINQ 2021 Summer Internship! This will transition into a year-long research fellowship.
