UCLA Summer Sessions is seeking Precollege Residential Assistants (PRAs) to provide supervision to high school students participating in UCLA Summer Sessions programming. PRAs will promote a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for our visiting high school students in one of UCLA’s deluxe Residence Halls. PRAs will work 19 hours per week, perfect for pairing with a Summer Session A course.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with check-in and check-out
- Performing curfew checks
- Responding to incidents
- Implementing recreational programming on evenings and weekends
Precollege Residential Assistants are an important link between UCLA’s visiting high school students and the university itself. Your own experience as a UCLA undergraduate makes you a treasure trove of information for these students, many of whom dream of coming to UCLA to study.
